We welcome corporate, business, organization, and bulk orders. Whether you're looking for employee gifts, client appreciation gifts, retirement gifts, awards, event gifts, real estate closing gifts, or personalized products for a large group, we'd be happy to work with you.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.

A PayPal account is not required to make a purchase. During checkout, you may choose to pay with a credit card without creating or logging into a PayPal account.

Shipping & Processing

Processing Time

Our current processing time is approximately 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday) unless otherwise noted on the individual product page.

Please remember that weekends and holidays are not considered business days. Processing time is the time required to personalize, engrave, and prepare your order and is separate from shipping/transit time.

Shipping Address

Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order.

NorthStar Engraving is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Shipping Methods

Domestic orders are shipped using the shipping service selected or provided during checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are separate from our processing time. Carrier delays that occur after an order has shipped are outside of our control.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options may be available during checkout.

Please note: Selecting an expedited shipping service does not automatically shorten our 2–3 business day production time.

If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. We'll be happy to let you know whether we can accommodate your requested timeframe.

Package Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent automatically to the email address provided with your order.

Personalized Orders, Returns & Exchanges

Because personalized and custom-engraved products are created specifically for you, personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless there is an error or defect for which NorthStarEngraving is responsible.

If we make an engraving mistake or your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us. We will work with you to correct the issue as quickly as possible.

Please carefully review all names, initials, dates, spelling, monograms, and other personalization information before submitting your order.

Personalization will be produced using the information provided with your order. Once an item has entered production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Corporate, Business & Bulk Orders

NorthStar Engraving welcomes orders from businesses, corporations, organizations, schools, real estate professionals, law firms, event planners, and other groups.

Many of our products can be customized with your company logo, business name, employee names, event information, or custom artwork.

Certain products, including knives and cutting tools, may be subject to age restrictions or other legal requirements depending on the purchaser's location. By purchasing a regulated item, the purchaser represents that they meet all applicable legal requirements for its purchase and possession.

Knives and other cutting tools should always be handled responsibly and with appropriate care. Customers are responsible for the safe and lawful use of products after purchase.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

All original product photographs, designs, graphics, artwork, website content, and other creative materials produced by NorthStar Engraving are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.

NorthStar Engraving photographs and original designs may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Customers who submit logos, artwork, trademarks, photographs, or other designs for custom engraving represent that they have the necessary rights or authorization to use and reproduce the submitted material.
